Membership Shares

FAMILYIn order to become a member of Acadian Federal Credit Union, you must first open a Membership Share Savings account. Once you have opened this account, you are now eligible to access any of the services that the credit union has to offer. Also, once you have opened your account, members of your immediate family are eligible to join under you.Ask your employer if they do Payroll deduction. Put a little bit a side from each paycheck and you won’t even miss it and it will be there for you for a rainy day.

To open a Membership Share Savings account:

Minimum deposit of $5.00 to open account.
*Must maintain a $5.00 balance to stay an active member.
* Minimum balance of $100.00 to earn dividends.

Special Shares

SAVINGS

 

Once you have established your membership with Acadian Federal Credit Union, you can open a second share account that will earn you a little more dividends.

To Open a Special Share Account –Minimum deposit of $5.00 to open account. Minimum balance of $100.00 to earn dividends. No life insurance offered.

 

 

Christmas Club

Why wait until December to figure out how you will pay for all of those Christmas gifts? Open a Christmas Club account and start putting money away now, that way when Christmas comes, you will have a little stash. On the 1st of October, the credit union will transfer the funds to your share draft or share account. You can use your savings to buy gifts, make holiday travel plans or use any way you want, without running up your credit card balance or incurring other types of debt. Ho Ho Ho!

Minimum deposit of $5.00 to open account. Starts earning dividends on first $5.00. Account matures on October 1st of every year.
